Hazy deep amber colour, ring of white head, some lace. Smell is fruity, lightly tart, earthy and quite yeasty, sourdough qualities, fairly spicy. Taste is smokey and yeasty up front, lightly sour, tartness rolls in, spicy notes, all spice, white pepper and other spicy pepper notes, clean in finish. Medium mouthfeel, med-high carbonation, medium body, nice feel. This was quite good, one of the day's more interesting brews for sure, my buddies were quite fond of this as well.

At Gambrinus on tap.Slightly hazed and clouded orange with only a small white ring around the glass. The uplifting and perfumey aromas hint at tangerine, clove, pepper, and banana.A very balanced flavour profile is full of juicy, fruity sweetness, like biting into a piece of fruit, and is balanced by a spicy floral bitterness with some mild citric tartness. Full bodied, very creamy, not seemingly typical of the style, but still very drinkable and enjoyable. A juicy and fresh fruity sweet finish with lingering spice. A very drinkable imperial saison. Well done FM and Adil!
