At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From their Wonder Box Unique Fruits IPA boxset at my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. Canned April 13/25. My 21st beer from the Barrie, Ontario brewery, and 9th of 2025. With Gracie the cat...

473 mL can from the LCBO, included in their Wonder Box mixed pack. Dated Apr 23 2025 and served barely chilled.
Pours a clear golden-yellow colour, topped with an inch of bumpy, foamy white head that lasts for the better part of five minutes. In the process, it coats the glass with an even layer of lace, eventually reduced to a wide, frothy collar and filmy cap - very visually appealing. Big pomelo notes on the nose, as well as grapefruit, lemon zest, mango, peach, and just a hint of guava.
It's tasty, but the pomelo kind of runs roughshod over everything else. Aside from that, I'm sensing grapefruit juice, peach and mango, with suggestions of goldenberry, wheaty malts and lime. Pomelo, citrus peel and resiny bitterness linger briefly into the aftertaste before it dries off. Medium in body, with moderate carbonation that softly tickles the tongue, adding some liveliness to this brew's soft, smooth mouthfeel. Easy to toss back, and a pleasure to do so on a warm summer evening.
Final Grade: 3.85, a B+. Roll-Up makes up for its relative lack of depth by going all-in on the pomelo terpenes, and it works out pretty well. The base IPA is purportedly West Coast, but aside from some low-level resinous hops on the back end, it doesn't really drink like one, at least IMO. That's not really a complaint, just an observation - I still think this is a solid, citrusy IPA that I would be willing to buy as a single, when I'm not in the mood for another Juicy Ass. Worth a shot if you stumble across the Wonder Box.

473 mL can
Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden color and is topped by an inch of off-white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Sweet grapefruit along with some bitter grapefruit. Nice refreshing citrus aroma.
Bitter pomelo flavor. It does have a lot of flavor.
Medium bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel
Enjoyable beer. I liked the pomelo flavor. It reminded me of Elvis Juice.
