The colour is straw yellow; the two finger head compact and white. It sinks down to a thick lid, leaving no lacing.
The smell got an artificial flavour of elderflower syrup. There are some sweetness and a dry note of chalk, too.
The taste is sweet and reminds more of an alco-pop than of a beer. Fine fresh notes of elderflowers and a touch of lemons. The aftertaste is a bit dry and may I even notice a touch of bitterness? Elderflower syrup in the finish.
The carbonation is strong; the bubbles large. The liquid is a bit sticky.
More of a malternative than a beer. Still not undrinkable.
