It's a gusher. All over the place upon opening. Filled 2 pint glasses with foam. C'mon-learn how to fill a bottle. Beer isn't much better. Thin and 1 dimensional piney hop flavor. Need to up the game.

First and foremost....awesome name....love it. Secondly...overprimed bottles of beer suck ass! So yes....I have an overprimed bottle. The beer poured basically out of the glass with a head foamy head....the color was a slight hazy copper with massive head that is lacing. The scent does carry a faint hop that leans toward a spicey flowery bouquet. The taste is has a decent balance between fresh hop and sweet malt. The Hop tends to give a orange peel type zing and spice. The mouthfeel was medium in body with huge carbonation. Overall this is decent....would like to try one that isnt so explosive.

This beer is at best average for an IPA. It is a murky amber with chillhaze and a thin white foam. The beers aroma is a shortcoming. There's very little hop aroma. Some faint caramel malt. There is hop bitterness to the taste, with some caramel flavor. Beyond the hop bitterness, there's very little going on here. The beer is heavy. I wish I didn't buy a six pack because I don't find it very drinkable. Hate to not feel support for a Wisconsin beer...

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine and roasted malt. Very roasty and a little unbalanced. Odd bitterness.

Pours a dark dark dark, unfiltered--slightly suspended floc-stuff all about--and only looks so so. Smells indistinct, and surely not like an IPA should. Hardly any hops on the nose. Taste is better...a low hopped unfiltered ale, this is more like, and somewhat bitter, but here too one-dimensional. Mouthfeel is alright, and the balance of the grains is quite good. I thought this was a pour, and not really an IPA, but OK...better than expected.

Picked this up on recent trip to WI.
Kinda' caramelly in the aroma with a hint of nuttiness at times and then in time a bit of citrus hops. Quiet aroma overall, but pleasant enough.
Darker amber and mostly clear. Small but pretty dense head.
Kinda' odd mix of flavors and the bitterness doesn't seem to blend real well with the hop flavors or the malt. I'm not so sure I'm all that fond of taste of this bitterness.
Body is a little light, but carbonated nicely.
This is merely an okay beer. I'm not offended, but I'm searching for this either.
Flavors softened some as warmed and it doesn't deserve to be at less than 3.0, so I made an adjustment to the score.
