I found this great brewery in a happy accident coming home from a family reunion. I really liked this one. A great sour with nice tart tones without being overly fruity. Well, well done.

- 100% wild fermentation with blackberries aged in fermenter for 1.5 years. Finished with red raspberries. 7.0% Served in goblet.
(3.70) A: Reddish ice-tea coloring, thin milky covering with no visible carbonation when backlighted. No visible lacing.
(3.70) S: Aroma was sweet with a clean fruitiness, cold blackberries with a slight sour twang of moderate strength.
(3.80) T: Fruity blackberries for flavor, raspberries that were very clean. The malting was exceptional clean and crisp, lightly backing, the raspberries come through very nicely on the finish with a very light sour twang.
(3.70) M: Light to medium body, very nice smooth texture, quiet carbonation and a gentle fruity twang off the tongue.
(3.75) O: Overall another very cleanly brewed beer with a exceptional polished flavor. Has a bit of acidity and sour berry alcohol on the finish. Again subtle but shows great craftsmanship in the brewing process. Those looking for a knock-out sourness factor may be disappointed.

Wildly fermented with blackberries for a year and a half then finished on red raspberries. All these factors come thru. Pink hued brew with fine head and minimal lacing. Smells are fruity with mild wild funk. Flavors follow. Nicely fruity with mild sourness and good funkiness. This is a really good one for BF and glad to have tried it.
