A collaboration beer between Bullfrog and Lancaster. A saison with fresh grown hops.

I had this on tap at the Wild night with Bullfrog event at Hunger N Thirst, served chilled in a tulip.
The color is a very cloudy golden with amber hue and thin white head that sticks as lace. The smell is a mix of floral and citrus with a slight herbal hop ester accompanying the yeast which adds a slight earthy aroma. The feel is a mix of bitter and spice with yeast adding a texture alongside a slight creamy wheat-type smoothness.
The taste is an interesting blend of yeast flavor which has a mild earthy and slightly spicy quality with some grapefruit and herbal hop flavors which add to the beer and balance the slight dry toasted grain flavor.Overall this is a pretty good saison -very yeasty and almost belgian ipa bitterness-wise but enjoyable too
