A refreshing Belgian-inspired Saison. Tipped Cow is the perfect spring and summer Saison. You’ll find hints of pepper, mandarin orange, fresh cut grass, and pine. It’s light but flavorful, and perfect for thirsty farmhands to drink ‘till the cows come home.

Wasn't sure if this was their version of Spotted Cow, but...it pours a copper colour with a head that fades quickly into a lacing around the rim. Taste is a bitter/hoppy flavour with some earthy/citrus undertones.

Poured from 12oz can into glass. Canned on date of 'PKG03/19/18'.
Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored body. Aggressive pour yields one finger off white head, which settles to thin cap. Leaves behind netting of lacing.
Bready, spicy aroma, with faint citrus hops. Has a whiff of smoke.
Initial taste is spicy and yeasty. A little orangey hops. Bready and grassy base. Light and airy, also slightly dry.
Medium mouth feel. Okay carbonation.
Easy to drink and full of flavors. Would be a mighty tasty treat after a long day in the fields.

This isn't my favorite Saison but I'll give it credit. It is interesting and complex. Spicy and soft malt aroma. Full head, sort of a dirty amber and largely clear.
Flavor shines and grows throughout the drink. Starts of herbal and spicy. As warms the grainy malt shows as does the moderate bitterness. Fruit shows intermittently. Lots of distinct flavor with the blending never occurring but the flavors are good Some dryness on the finish but not to crisp.
It's an interesting drink and worth a go.
