On tap at the brewpub today. 5% ABV.
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head that falls off quickly leaving patchy lace, this looks decent. The nose is massively fruity with a big, bright, clean and fruity apricot character, fleshy, set and tart. This pairs really well with the lactic tartness from the bar base beer and the mild wheat and grain character that's present. Opening big and fruity on the palate with plenty of fleshy and fruity flavors, mildly pulpy, a little jammy but with no added sugars and with a little fruity tartness present, this beer had excellent fruit expression. This is followed by a good, wheat and grain flavor and a medium light lactic acid flavor. Medium light in body and with s long fruity finish, this beer is refreshing and is recommended
