From the brewer, "Anarchy Ale- Charles' signature brew is made differently with each incarnation and is usually one of our hoppiest offerings. 6% A.B.V." -- So this beer changes at least slightly with every variation. I had mine on draft.
Beer is orange with mild carbonation, a thin white head and no lacing.
Smells like orange candy almost. The hop aroma is all citrus and its very present.
Beer has high hop bitterness and a little sweetness at first. The mouthfeel is medium and there is decent connectivity between the front and back palates. Drinkability is OK.

The brewery proudly declares that each batch of this beer is slightly different than the one before it. Hence the name, Anarchy Ale. Interestingly enough, the bartender or server here may or may not know exactly what the style is (and the bartender, in fact, did not on the day I was there).
It looks good enough as it's served to me at the bar in a standard pint glass. The color is a smooth-looking dark apricot color, playing host to a thin film of head on top. Leaves behind some very nice lace. The aroma is a lemony/orange pine scent. Very citrusy, with floral notes. Smells like an IPA to me. The taste is a distinct resinous pine flavor, but with a funky dirty vegetable aftertaste (perhaps rotten peaches???). Not bad, but certainly a bit strange. The mouthfeel is watery up front, but also dry. It finishes with more body and solidly firm hop kick.
They have this listed at 6% ABV this time around. It's a version of some sort of pale ale, IPA recipe, but that aftertaste was hard to place. Certainly not a bad beer, but not a great one either. I like the concept of the Anarchy Ale, though, and would gladly come back to Franklin's to try it again another time.

According to the waitress, this beer is different every time it is brewed. Cloudy copper color, with a decent white head. The head disappeared quickly, however there was a great amount of sticky lace on the sides of the glass.
Citrusy, and piney hop aroma. Malt aroma seemed very bready, and spicy, perhaps a bit of rye thrown in this time?
Good caramel malt background. Nice amount of citrusy, piney hop flavor. Good bitterness, without being overwhelming. Finishes spicy, again maybe a bit of rye. Pretty well balanced.
Good amount of body, and carbonation. This was enjoyable, but the malt seemed almost too bready.

The least favorite of the Franklin's beers that I tried recently. As others have noted, this beer changes style regularly, so I don't think we are really all reviewing the same beer.
This version poured a hazy dark amber with a fairly light ring head that stayed on in a faint circle til the end.
The nose was fairly light- just a little fruitiness, probably from the hops.
The taste is surprisingly light given the abv and the amount of hops in here. Fruity with a bitter hop finish and very little body.
The moothfeel is very light, almost watery. Low carbonation coupled with a very thin body and stretched out flavors make this somewhat thin and astringent.
If by drinkability you mean easy to swallow, then I guess its higher than I rated it. If you mean a desire to keep drinking it, then this one doesn't score so high. You don't taste the abv, and it is smooth, but it doesn't work- too thin, too astringent, too little going on, and the strong hop finish isn't balanced.

Appearance: The ale is a straw to goldenrod color and incredibly hazy. The nitro pour has given the beer a very nice creamy head.
Smell: Hops dominate the aroma and provide a hint of things to come. They are US varietals, but a bit of citrusy spice.
Taste: The nitro pour has smoothed out this beer. Despite that, this is still a hop bomb. The hops are bitter from the first sip of creamy head through the last sip.
Mouthfeel: The nitro pour softens the ale, but it is one for hopheads.
Drinkability: The abv is pretty high and 1 to 2 pints should be the max.
