A - Cloudy yellow with a brown tint. Opaque with a bit of head. Spidery waves of lacing.
S - Cloves, faint banana, and a dominant bready aroma.
T - Cloves, tart apples, wheat malt. A bit of a sour harshness. Aftertaste is a sour harshness with a bit of a bready flavor.
M - Harsh, acidic, thick, a little refreshing.
D - Okay. I think last week's batch was substantially better, but this is still pretty good. I will likely have it again before I leave Maryland.
