A - Color of brown fruits and dark red fruit juice, light burgundy. Small head with no lacing. Cloudy.

S - A strong hop presence, pine, medicinal, slight grapefruit, more medicinal - it is like cherry couph syrup, but without the cherry.

T - An upfront medicinal flavor, very, very bitter. A bit of malt but ti is completely overshadowed by the medicinal flavor. Maybe there is a touch of pine/grapefruit, but it is a minor effect.

M - Smooth, medium bodied, a bit refreshing, but the hops kind of intense and detract from the refreshment.

D - The medicinal flavor is really overkill. I think it is actually better than if there were other flavors with a medicinal background because that would taste more like flavors to mask medicine, this just tastes of medicine and makes no attempt to hide it.

Batch 300. Cloudy copper/amber color. Thich white foamy head, which holds together very well for quite some time. Great lace on the sides of the glass.

Citrusy, piney, and maybe some apricot in the aroma. Strong caramel notes as well. Nice aroma for a DIPA.

Great strong malt backbone. Great bitterness, seems to be citrusy and a bit piney and herbal. A bit of fruit, but this is really about the hops.

Good body, but finishes quite dry. Not as juicy as I would like. Still quite nice.
