A: Slightly hazy, mostly clear yellow with not much head.
S: Slightly astringent wheat malts, bananas and yeast with an almost imperceptible hop finish.
T/M: Wheat malts with some citrus, pine, grapefruit and pomelo character, not typically what you'd expect in a weissbier. A bit of medicinal astrigency; hops are practically nonexistent. Sweet and slightly thin mouthfeel with under-carbonation.
D: Not bad, not great... a hefeweizen that's slightly out of character for a hefeweizen.
