Look: Cloudy red with an orange tint. Two fingers of thick, slightly off-white head with good retention.
Smell: Tart raspberries and milk chocolate
Taste: Much like the smell, sweet milk chocolate and a sour fruit note underneath.
Mouthfeel: Thin and highly carbonated.
Overall: An unusual beer that gets a lot of character from its use of Spanish wine must and oak aging.
