Look: Clear champagne yellow with rising carbonation bubbles. Two fingers of fizzy white head with poor retention.
Smell: Sour brett funk and a light barbecue smoke, with a bit of lemon juice.
Taste: A puckering tartness that almost immediately fades to beechwood smoke and lemon juice. Light, almost abrupt finish.
Mouthfeel: Average body with high carbonation.
Overall: A smoked sour wheat beer is an interesting experiment. I'm unsure how often I'd try it again, but it's not bad.
