Presentation: 25cl glass sampled at the Brasse-Temps Brewpub in Mons during a recent Brewery Tour and Visit here on Saturday 15th April, 2006.
Appearance: Soft red with some hints of dark purple underneath a very pale pink head. Reasonable carbonation but the head soon distills to a flat top with a small halo.
Nose: Very sweet forced cherry aromas. Sour bitterness mixed with a Benyllin cough syrup stench that has an urgh effect.
Taste: Overwhelmed by an underwhelming artificial cherry cough drop aura. Lingers a little after the swallow. Thin with not much except artificial cherry and a medicinal soppy sour bitterness. Disgusting.
Mouthfeel: Added an arrow on my notes from the Blanche that also penciled across to the notes for the BT-Cerises; thinner than Kate Moss on Hunger Strike stood sideways. Hey if is worth saying once it is worth saying twice!
Drinkability: Bletch .left half of this one. Next please!
Overall: Amstel Light with cherry cough drops. Better for sore throats than beer drinkers.
Horrid Stuff.
