Had on tap at the Livery. Review from notes.
A: Pours a golden/peach color with a small white head on top. A small cap lasts on top for a while and forms thin, but sticky lacing on the glass.
S: Lots of ginger in the aroma with some peaches mixed in, two flavors I am a fan of. Makes the beer rather inviting.
T: More peach and ginger, some light citrus fruit mixed in and a bit of zest. A little bit of light wheat and faint caramel malt.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, smooth and easy drinking.
O: Quite enjoyable, thought the ginger added a nice touch along with the peach as the dominant fruit flavor.

Served on tap at the brewery.
A - pours a filtered golden yellow without a head on it.
S - nose is lots of ginger with peaches...no real hop or malt present in the aroma
T - sweet peach and citrus up front. These move on to some caramel malt and a little bit of grain. Ginger takes over from here and is overwhelmed by some caramel spiciness and peach come in to round it off.
M - full bodied and goes down smoothly.
D - good fruit take on the APA. The peach and ginger mixed well together and added a nice complexity to a normally straightforward style.
