I had a 16 oz from the tap, it's a special run and I've been wanting to try it. Served in a Pils glass it had a nice bright golden color and a 3 finger white head, the aroma of fresh jalapeños is just strong enough to be noticed. With the first sip a nice prickly heat dances across the tongue and the flavor of peppers is there with every taste, it went well with food but alone would get old fast unless you love jalapeños. Mouthfeel was standard for an Ale with the peppers far enough in the back as not to get in the way, being able to enjoy the Ale itself is the main point. Overall a good shot at a jalapeño infused Ale, had everything it needed to with this one.
