A-Brilliant, clear, golden yellow with a thin white head that reduced that a thin veil and left decent lace.
S-Spicy Belgian yeast pop with mild biscuit malt sweetness backing. Light citrus aroma in the background.
T-Sharp, bitter spiciness with a bit of orange zest and lemon zing. Nicely supported by a lightly sweet biscuit malt base. Finishes fairly dry.
M-Medium-light, crisp and zesty. Good lingering flavours.
D-Better than I expected. Zesty and crisp this is a nice drinking saison. Certainly true to style and can offer the ignorant local the chance to try the real thing.
