Presentation: On cask.
Appearance: Deep copper with a creamy off white head that dissipates a bit but still retains well.
Smell: Rich malty caramel, rounded fruit and light floral hop.
Taste: Rich malty caramel and a semi-sharp hop bitterness up front. Hop bitterness and some flavour linger on with a fruity malt sweetness, biscuity and a touch of steely crystal malt taste. The after fades into the remains of the crystal malt and some hop leaf flavour.
Notes: Smooth and medium in body this make for a to notch Best Bitter. Simply sublime on cask, no flaws in this brew.
