I got a can of this beer from the Woodman's in Onalaska,Wisconsin just outside of La Crosse. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bright tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright bitter tropical citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Can. White head. Hazy pale golden yellow. Lace.
Juicy and tropical. Fruity, citrusy. Melon, mango, orange. Easy drinking and full of flavor. Really like this one.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (~60% opacity), lightly golden color with a medium white head. SRM of 8. (4.00)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of orange, plastic tropical fruit. Some strawberry/kiwi & peach plastic aromas. (3.75)
Flavor: Stronger flavors of orange, lemon citrus, some strawberry/kiwi, and lime. Plastic notes on the end, but milder than the nose. The finish is clean. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to light bodied. Moderate to strong carbonation. Clean on the palate. (4.00)
Compared to Toppling Goliath PseudoSue 12/15/21: Pours a lighter and clearer color. Milder aromas. More orange, plastic, strawberry/kiwi. Less orange, citrus, flower. Winner: Pseudo Sue
Overall: This was a decent pale ale. It has strong juicy flavors of orange and tropical plastic, strawberry/kiwi, and lime. A clean finish. Aside from the plastic flavors, I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I notice the DDH beers tend to lend the plastic qualities and that is present here. (Final Rating: 3.79)
