A: Hazy amber. Poured 2 fingers high of head.
S: Pineapple, plum, papaya, and mango. Slightly funky.
T: Passion fruit. Some pepper. Somewhat malty sweet. A touch of sourness. Moderate bitterness. Dry. Short finish.
M: Light bodied. Medium carbonation.
O: Pretty fruity. The funky hints really bump up the fruity imagine. Definitely delicious!

Pours hazy amber with modest 1-finger off-white head, poor retention, some laces.
Smell - yeasts, mango, apricot, peppery, vinegar.
Taste - biscuity malts, pepper, citrusy hops. Dry on palate.
Medium body, somewhat restrained saison.
