June 30th, 2016 - A beautiful grain colored brew, Mikkeller's tilt at the bison style leans to the fruitier, ester rich side, with a yeasty aroma populated with pear and white grape aromas and a little banana. On the palate it's a lighter brew, with a strong mineral water taste, and a subtler shade of white grape in the background. And in contrast to the nose, it finishes dry, with a clean and precise grain note, before it pops away into its own absence.
