Hazy, holden color. Big , white head. Tropical fruits, citrus, and caramel malt in aroma. Strong, hoppy bitterness but drinks very smoothly. Tastes like a classic IPA.

16oz. can in to a stemmed tulip pint glass.
Thick looking honey orange glaze. There's a modest white cap, not quite 1F and it fades fast but leaves a ring and lots of spot lacing. There are some floaters giving the liquid a gravy-like appearance. Sharp.
Mostly that alcohol soaked malt or grain that is so common in a 10% abv TIPA. Warming does it some good, bringing out citrus and baked cracked biscuit.
Tropical fruit and grapefruit with a hearty dose of caramelized sweet malt. The alcohol does not come on too strong in the taste but there's plenty of sugar.
Full body, big malt backbone. Silky. Hops and alcohol duel it out for a lingering hop finish but there's no denying the booziness.
I can't imagine drinking this again.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium honey orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy creamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, earthy, and herbal hops over the top of moderate aromas of caramel + toasted + biscuit malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of caramel + toasted + biscuit malts with a moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by just shy of strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, earthy, and herbal hops with a light flavor of stone fruit/peach hops. The hops contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving fruity hop flavors lingering.
M: Medium to full bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth with a light amount of alcohol warming in the finish.
O: Enjoyable with a really nice combination of hop flavors + aromas as well as a pleasant amount of malty sweetness. Drinks pretty easily considering the strength but you do detect the alcohol presence.
