Spuyten Duyvil is one of the most venerable craft beer bars in NYC, and this year they're turning 15! In celebration of their anniversary, we brewed a super crusher of a lager with lemon and limes. It's zingy, slightly tart, with subtle hints of bitterness coming from the pith of the citrus.

I understand the novelty, but it was way too much puree overpowering a pale lager. I could sample it, bit spilled the vast of the can out. Can from the source.

Tall can from the source in Citi Field, Queens, NY.....Sept 12, 2018 stamped near the bottom.

Pours very light and quite clear,

Bright lemon peels on the sniff.

Crisp and lively, quite flavorful in the mouth, with more lime, musty, earthy, totally tasty and totally worth a try....this one would go great with some peppery salads, crusty bread and earthy, funky cheese....highly enjoyable brew....go get some

A: The beer is clear pale light yellow in color and has lots of large bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving lots of thin specks of bubbles covering the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Strong aromas of limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has moderate to strong flavors of limes with some associated sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and is rather bubbly with a moderate to high amount of carbonation.
O: The mouthfeel of this beer is very soda-like and with all of the limes in the smell and taste I could see how this could go as an adult version of a Sprite.
