On tap at Mikkeller CPH Airport.
Pours a semi clear amber, with very little foam.
Smell is mineraly and sour, wih notes of lemon, vinegar and a hint of funk and hay.
Taste is dry and sour, with notes of lemon, Seville oranges, vinegar and a well balanced acidity.
Mouthfeel is thin with bright, sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a very balanced sour, pretty easy to drink, but lacks a bit of depth and complexity. Nice entry point to the world of gueuze, though.
