A: The beer is crystal clear dark yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a large but thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of long peppers are present in the nose—these seem to be like a hybrid between bell peppers and peppercorns—along with hints of Kaffir lime.
T: The taste has flavors of Kaffir lime along with notes of long peppers and coriander spices. There seems to be a light amount of bitterness but it's difficult to perceive how strong this is due to the other spices.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the aromas and spices of long peppers and Kaffir limes in this lager. It was anything but bland.
