750ml bottle. 2021 vintage. Split between two glasses at Bierkiste in Munich.
Clear golden, highly carbonate on open and on the pour, but no retention (like a soda). Smell is peaches, tart, oak, a little funk. Something else fruit, reminds me of strawberry?
Taste is tart, oaky, some chardonnay butteriness, peaches definitely come across.
Mouthfeel is super dry. Light. Overall, pretty good.
