Copenhagen 21/3 2020. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Blank metal can with sticker. Keith Shore drawing of a big, serene glass of beer and the little guy with the black hat carefully guarding it.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with fairly strong sweet maltiness and grassy bitterness. Sweet pale malts, bread and glue. Light citric notes of lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
