Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop in PHX 3-20-23 for $2.66 on 3-20-23. Canned 2-2-23; consumed 10-26-23. Cold stored since the late March return from PHX.
Beer poured golden with a very nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose is very nice with notes of lovely tropical fruits.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base that yields to the hopping that gives mango, grapefruit, and orange. Finishes with a nice balancing dose of piney hops; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light and comes across the palate in a creamy, very smooth way.
Overall, i was never dissapointed with Pizza Port IPA's, this is another nice example!

Pours a slightly unfiltered straw color with a white head that provides significant lacing. The nose features nice amounts of mango, grapefruit, oranges and coconut.
The mango, oranges, and coconut are most prominent on the taste, which is nicely bitter, which fits really well with the drying mouthfeel. This is a really nice WCIPA.

The name perfectly describes this IPA. Usually not a fan of Sabro hops but this one works well. Creamy, fruity, but dry finish. Very unique beer and done well. The price usually gets you a 4 pack these days but Pizza Port always delivers by giving you a tall boy six pack.

Pours golden yellow with nice white foamy very receding cap. Notes of citrus pine and hops make this a nice American IPA at 7.2%abv. A bit perfume like but hell… Cheers anyhow.
On draught at First Draught pour your own $.80/oz.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: First hit is like catching a mountain breeze in the afternoon, plenty of pine, cedar, and green grassy herbal notes, followed by a bit of citrus zest, subtle tropical and stone fruit, sweet cream and light caramel sweetness, and crackery malt.
T: Resinous pine and cedar, grassy herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon, a little tropical and stone fruit burried in there, apricot, guava, mango, passion fruit, and a hint of lychee, crackery malt, sweet cream, and just a touch of light caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat creamy.
O: This one's kinda wild. Green resinous woodsiness up front gives way to citrus, then sweet creamy fruity notes. Really nice balance and a body you wouldn't expect from the appearance. Would hit the spot on a late season ski day.

Bright, day-glo straw colored. Dense, one finger of creamy head. Can is about a month old from Trader Joe's near San Diego (Temecula, CA).
Smells of orange zest hops, fresh and inviting.
Flavor wise this thing shines! Bitter and hoppy but not overpowering. Lots of citrus, herbal, zesty hops with some danky undertones. Very well balanced with loads of hoppiness but no piney bitterness.
Bready malts are light and while medium and creamy, it finishes pretty dry. This is what makes it pretty amazing.
One of my favorites from Pizza Port in a long time. It is a truly great spring IPA!

Rich, moderately golden colored body; lackluster carbonation yet a thick, dense and rocky head, semi-creamy and fluffy white. Classic pine resin aroma. Wonderfully balanced flavor; rich, earthy sweetness; pine resin and herbal flavors; well-balanced and robust hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; velvety with a soft bite; lightly sticky residual sugars coat the palate; gentle alcohol warmth; gentle alcohol warmth.
This is a wonderful old school India pale. The depth and complexity ooze out of the beer, delivering a very tasty and memorable beer experience.

Good, but not really remarkable. Two fingers loose white head in a tall tulip from a 16 oz can dated 12 days ago. A little lacing. clear/ no haze. Good tropical fruity smell/ unremarkable taste and finish. Nice balance of hop bitterness with other flavor attributes. I will need a second one to nail down the flavor profile, but the smell is the highlight here.

Packaged on 2/20/23 - consumed on 3/1/23 - poured from a pint can into my Dogfish Head shaped pint glass.
Clear amber body topped by a fist of ivory. Thick, sudsy lacing; decent retention.
Hop forward aromatics, complex tropical fruit blend with orange blossom honey and low herbal notes.
Crackery palate entry with a sweet yet clean malt presence offsetting the moderate bitterness. Long, medium-dry finish. Tropical fruit, citrus are joined by faint blueberry and melon. There is a hint of residual capsicum in the not-quite-spicy aftertaste.
Another tasty variant from Pizza Port, though it's one of the few I've had from them recently where I (if only slightly) prefer Swami's.
