I poured a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance- Clear dark brown with a half a fingers worth of head. no lacing.
Smell- Faint smell of caramel malts and nuts.
Taste- Toasted malt flavor with some nuttiness and some sourness.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied with a below average amount of carbonation.
Overall- Not a very good beer and not one I would try again.

Poured into a New Belgium globe.
The beer is dark brown with a bubbly head that recedes to a wisp with large bubbles around the edges. Little lacing remains.
The beer smells faintly sweet, nutty, with traces of vanilla.
The beer tastes malty up front with subdued chocolate notes and some vanilla. A bit bready and nutty eventually.
Mouthfeel is watery and thin.
Overall, if I spent more time with this, I might grow into it, but as a single beer it was uninspiring.

Pours clear, dark, chestnut brown with a half-inch, creamy, beige head that slowly turns rocky, leaving rings of lace on a Rohrbach’s pint glass.
Malty caramel with some stale, wet cardboard that holds this one back, but not enough to be offensive. Some brown sugar is also present.
Bitter up front and a bit harsh for the style and lingering into the finish. There is some crisp apple and nuts, but otherwise fairly one dimensional.
Medium body with some astringency, light carbonation and dry.
Decent, but probably much better on draft with greasy bar food.
A gift for which I am thankful to have tried, but Weston has room to improve this offering.

A: Pours a clear copper-brown with a finger of off-white head that recedes into a thin ring with little lacing.
S: Caramel malts and nutty aromas dominate. There is a dry, graham-like aroma as well that reminds me a little of oxidation.
T: Kind of bland. Some caramel malts, some nutty flavors, and a light bitterness.
M: Medium body with lowish carbonation, this beer is a bit watery.
O: A pretty meh beer. Not bad, but nothing particularly good about it either.

Appearance: A brown colored body with a few fingers off white head and some decent lace that doesn’t stick around for long. There is also a lot of fizz to the body.
Smell: It has a roasted malt aroma and is sort of sour.
Taste: There is some toasted malt character but mai ly a very sour fruitiness.
Mouthfeel: On the higher end of thin.
Overall: Not a big fan really so far of anything I have tried from this brewery it all has a bit of an off taste, especially in the aftertaste. I plan on trying as many as I can they seem to be moving into the beer market here in Missouri by full force.

Undoubtedly the worst beer I have had in a long time. Is this stuff for real? I almost thought that perhaps I got a bad batch. While I've never tried it, this stuff must be close to sucking on a dirty week old sock... if you're into that sort of thing, good luck.
The best part of this beer was the label on the bottle. Appearance was comparable to carbonated mud puddle. Smell was acidic and near putrid. Totally undrinkable.

The aftertaste that this product left in my mouth along with the smell was almost enough to pour it out.... but that is a waste of money. Pinch nose and swallow fast if you make the mistake of selecting this beer in a "pick 6" type of lineup. Drinker beware....

Picked up this as a mixed sixer, otherwise I wouldn't take the chance with these guys...
Pours an effervescent brown/cola color with 3 fingers of fluffy sand colored head. Above average head retention & lacing. Finishes toasty, somewhat dry & with more astringency
S: Musty grain smell & some toasty malt
T: Toasty malt, a touch of grainyness & nuttyness up front. Nuttyness & astringency mix as this warms, toastyness & nuttyness finally breaks through.
MF: Light/medium Body with fairly assertive carbonation
Drinks okay, the astringency holds this one back. Not bad, but not good either

Something about this beer is way off.
Pours a muddy brown color with an eruption of tan head.
Smells awful. Overpowering scent of vinegar.
Sour and undrinkable. Can't even tell what they were going for. Vinegar sourness burns the tongue.
Poured this one out after two drinks, but it was enough to know you should avoid this one.
