A- appearance is very clear straw yellow with a non-existent head and very little lacing
S-Aroma is very pungent and yeasty with a cardboard beer type blur
M- carbonation is very high and bothersome with body very watery low end mouth feel
T-This beer is dry and crisp upfront with very little to offer afterwards.
O-Not nice. And my italian heritage is screaming to decree that tjis is not acceptable as a collaboration beer...sell-put doesn't have to take other breweries with it!!!

A fairly dry saison, with pepper and wheat coming through most strongly. Apparently hopped with New Zealand varietals, but these do not come through strongly. Some light stone fruit.

On tap at Bar Volo. Collaboration with Del Ducato.Pepper saison aroma. Yeast and some pepper. Breezy drinking. Mineral carbonation, which to some seemed like metal.

Appearance : A hazy light lemony straw color with orange tint. A bright white, meringue like head, leaving a lots of lacing.
Nose : Aromas of fruits are dominant. Lemon, apple, pears, bananas, pineapple and melon. Also, some notes of damp hay, light Belgian funk, wet socks and horse blanket, but it’s very subtle. Some wheat cracker and light bready notes.
Taste : Lemon zest, lime juice, white grape and honeydew. A prickly and lively carbonation that is rushing the flavors everywhere inside your mouth. The malt is suddle and express itself with notes of a water cracker and very low malt sweetness. I’m also getting evergreens, fresh cut grass, basil and pepper in a very dry finish with a moderate-high perceived bitterness. The yeast character is very defined and adds complexity to the experience.
Food Pairings : Seafood, pasta with cream and chicken. Panna cotta, fruit filled crepes and orange Gelato.
Overall : It’s lively, bright, fresh, juicy and flavorful while being highly drinkable. The use of wheat an oats makes the beer feel not watery at all. It is rustic with a refined new school hop profile. Very lemony and refreshing. It kind of remind me of a White IPA with more yeast character. Una splendido birra! Salute!

Bottle: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt with some citrus notes and lightly sweet ester is very refreshing. Taste is also a nice mix between some light sweet undertones with wheat malt and light citrusy notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Refreshing and quite tasty with nice yeast strain.

A collaboration between Trou du Diable and the Italian brewery Del Ducato. It is brewed with a mix of Wit and Saison yeast. I feel like it taste like a not-so-sour breliner weisse. Really interesting, really refreshing.
