4 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler at the Riverside Brewery in West Bend.

A - It looks more like a weiss than raspberry beer. The color is a lightly hazed yellow with a splash of dirty blood red. No head on the pour but it's very carbonated.

S - The aroma has a presence of both fresh raspberries and syrup. A bit sweet. The nose hints at sugar but blends well with the underlying weiss scents. Banana is strong with the yeast as is the clove.

T - Huge fresh basket of raspberries blends well with a low, non-cloying sweet, syrupy flavor. The background has the banana and clove with yeast to it.

M - A typical weiss, it's smooth but with a harsh carbonation bite to the finish. Crisp with a mild dryness.

D - This would go down like water on a hot summer day. It's a solid brew from Riverside with good qualities. I could have a few glasses of the Raspberry.
