The colour is dark brown (70 EBC), the liquid is clear. The firm four finger compact head is brown. It leaves some lacing while slowly sinking.

The smell is light. Some artificial bitter flavours, some dry delicatessen-like roasted notes. Hints of meat and black bread.

The light taste is a bit roasted and malty. Some caramel and toffee. Light body. The aftertaste is meaty with some anonymous bitter flavours and dry roasted hints. The flavours are overall hard to grasp, they are… unfocused and indistinct.
The finish got a saccharine-like sweetness.
The carbonation is medium strong, the many small bubbles sharp. The liquid is a bit sticky.

I don’t get this beer. It feels like it wants to avoid my analysis.

A: Pours brown with a really tall tan compact head that sets slowly into rich lacins.

S: Dark roasted malts, sweet and marzipany (and that is usually said about a Strong Lager from Europe - not in a good way). Kind of artificial.

T: Sweet bready dark roasted, almost smoked/burnt malt. Faint vanilla and smoked ham. Some faint citric notes.

M: Rich carbonation and medium, dry body. Aftertaste is short and mostly burnt bitter.

O: Uneven, and kind off uniteresting on one hand, on the other hand - the vanilla and smoke makes it very interesting. UNEVEN!

The beer is clear brown with hints of orange, the head is tan and frothy leaving much lacing and small curtains.

There are malty notes, bread, some molasses, but also acidity, metallic acid notes.

Starting sweet, brown syrup, brown bread, ripe oranges, hay and and hint of orange peel.

Medium carbonation, small bubbles, rather soft and a bit sticky, some body and a short dry finish.

Well this was an acceptable Arboga, probably that there was enough malt to cover the otherwise unpleasant alcohol presence. On the other hand it is rather (or too) sweet.
