Brewed using malted barley and spelt along with raw wheat, buckwheat, and flaked barley. Hopped in the kettle with Styrian Aurora and Spalt, primary fermentation was conducted by our house ale yeast then to oak barrels in the Barrel Cellar, inoculated with Brett. Bruxellensis and Brett. Custercianus for 5 months. Then we dryhopped with Chinook, Mosaic, Tettnang, and Falconer’s Flight.

Very good, about what Id except from CBC. Dry hopping didn't add a ton
