On tap at the brewpub. Belgian dubbel with squash and candy cap mushrooms.
Wow, really interesting and tasty! Maple and brown sugar aromas and flavors and spice blend well with the Belgian candy sugar, caramel malts and Belgian yeast.
But it's not made with maple syrup, the candy cap mushrooms give the distinctive maple character.
Very cool, and tasty result!! Glad I could try it!
