This beer appears cloudy and opaque. The color is dull brandished color of oak bark. Or like watery feces perfectly blended in a dirty bowel (sorry, but that's really what it looks like).
The contrast-white head is very thin. Some lacing hangs on the sides. In the center of the glass the film of head gurgles in a septic splotchiness.

I smell pineapple right off the bat. Lots of fruity flavors: some sweet banana is HUGE in the nose, but artificial banana flavor, or maybe even dried bananas. The yeasty smell wafts over to me from my glass which is at least 6 inches away. It's sweet and hoppy: sticky-smelling. The small is delicate with lots of subtleties.

The taste is similarly fruity (esp. merteuille) but much less interesting than the smell. There's some tang deep in the flavor, like a deep grapefruit in the center of the tootsie-beer. This tang is dull on the tip of my tongue but tingles in the back of my mouth. Again, I taste pineapple; it's very light and kind of sweet, but also tart.
Minimum carbonation and a decent body gives it a good mouthfeel.
The aftertaste is okay; it's a little bitter and a little sour.
It's very drinkable, so if you have access to a cask of it, go nuts, but it's not worth the investment.

This was on the menu as just "ESB with Amarillo". This variant seems the closest.

Fresh piney aroma. Slightly hazy, a deep burnished copper color with an off-white creamy head that hangs in there for a while, leaving bands of reminders down the glass. The flavor is dominated by hops from the piney resin up front to a complex lemon-to-orange-to-grapefruit finish. Dense, creamy bubbles. Sometimes the sweetness of the rich toasty malt melds with the tart hops like fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Very yum!

This brew presents with a hazy gold color, very slight hop aroma and quickly dissipating head. The grassy flavor of the hops is what really stands out with this beer. It went down real well with a stack of big beef ribs.

Presentation: On cask at the brewery.

Appearance: Deep murky copper with a creamy off-white foam head; sticks and stays very well.

Smell: Extremely aromatic! Floral, herbal, fruity, powerful, pungent with hints of yeast.

Taste: Smooth, creamy with a light-ish body. Hops immediately kick-in with some major herbal / citrus characters. Very hoppy with strong flower / grass flavours and hints of black pepper dashed around the palate. Hop flavour don't stop and seem to build with time, turning resinous and hitting the finish which is dry, and a bit yeasty. Barely any noticable malt, except for some grain and a light roasty character towards the end.

Notes: Single hopped with Target hops. Damn! This is one dank ass beer (dank as in its being resinous like pot)! Your palate is simply overwhelmed by hop flavours that come at you from all directions and never give up. It's incredible how Will packed some much hop flavour into this brew.

Part of the cask Tuesday special at the CBC. Check it out.
