Truly pulled from the cask. Needs time to settle. Solid head with a slow upwards cascade of minute bubbles. Cloudy with a light brown color. Excellent, fluffy blanket of lace coating the glass.
Powerful, dry caramel smell. No notable hop nose.
Served around 55 degrees. Less sweet than the smell suggests. Rich bodied with an expectedly low level of carbonation. Creamy flavor with a touch of hop bitterness in the finish. Very easy to drink.
