Beer is clearer than usual for a saison. Filtered? Pale gold with a long-lasting white head. Plenty of lacing.
Aroma is soft floral and pepper notes. Trace of bubblegum. Unremarkable otherwise.
Flavor is soft and simple - mild powdery yeast with restrained pale malts. Finishes with substantial bitterness. Lacking in citric character and sourness.
Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. Despite bubbles rising in glass, lacking proper spritzy character. Also not very dry.
Overall, fine for what it is, which is a mild saison.
