Pours a clear golden yellow color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is lacing. Has a citrus and piney aroma aroma. Mild grapefruit taste with piney resin at the end. Light bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.

On tap at Oga’s Cantina in Disneyland
Look: Crystal clear amber with a fluffy white head.
Smell: Grapefruit peel and pine with some white grape notes. Caramel malt is barely there.
Taste: Much like the Jose. Piney and butter with some honey and caramel malt.
Feel: A clean pale ale. Much like Sierra Nevada pale ale in body.
Overall: Just a clean Sierra Nevada pale ale with different hops. They do this well and they did it with this beer again.
