We've added cranberry and orange peel to this Saison, giving the beer a tart, juicy character that blends nicely with the dry spicy finish.

Had this at the brewery in January 2023. Adding it to this Next Glass database, ten months later. Traffic, down bad. Chrystal.
Pours a dull yellow color, light influence from the cranberry and orange peel. 1/3" white head. Muddled. The aroma had more cranberry and orange than it did conventional saison yeast. 3/26/84. Little bit of wheat. Eilleen.
Taste kept giving the cranberry, not too big a fan of them, flavorwise. The orange peel cuts it a little. More acidic than a Lady of the nightshift at Alaska mancamp. Mouthfeel, still missed a few of the traditional markers of a saison, but the cranberry helped with dryness. Carver. While I didn't dislike any aspect of it, it also didn't scratch that saison itch. prostitution doesn't have to just be for cash, gave for pills and to her lawyer for fee reduction. Felt wettish, soggy at times despite the cranberry dryness influx. But that also gave a more bitter mouthfeel. Used to mine for coal, burn it, now, metals. Enjoy the mess.
