Saison with jelly beans. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a fairly-hazy pinkish color with a pretty good white head and a bit of lacing. The nose brings the jelly beans forward bigtime with some really sweet fruits. Mixture of berries and a few tropical fruits. The saison yeast comes through in the background with a bit of earthiness. The flavor is sweet with plenty of candy and fruit plus some earthy character with a very mild funk. Mild acidity. Really good balance in the feel and finish. Good carbonation. A bit hit. One of my favorites of EBF.
