On tap at the 2018 Decatur Beer Fest.
Pours with a clear golden body topped with a decent white head. Excellent clarity.
Mild, mainly hoppy aroma.
The well balanced flavor is mildly bitter and has a good blend of hops and malts.
Medium-light body with medium carbonation.

On-tap 12/29/2016 @ Madison Square Garden in New York, NY.
My face had just been Split Open and Melted by Phish after a dark, haunting, and downright fantastic end to their first set and I needed to pee badly. I raced down to the MSG corridor towards the men's room, when I caught something out of the corner of my eye; a FOAM Pilsner tap handle! Yes!
Enjoyed during the set break from a plastic cup, it had your classic pilsner appearance: pale gold in color and clear with a frothy white head. Grassy noble hop aroma (or maybe that was just coming from the crowd?) with bready malts to back it up. Nice balance in the flavor that pretty much nailed the profile of a German pilsner. Medium-light bodied, quenching and fortifying.
This was the perfect pick-me-up for Set 2. My friend Andy and I shared the last few sips as Mike's bass pounded out the opening notes to Down With Disease, and we were on our way to a great rest of the night.

Nice clear straw color. Faint hop aroma. Starts nice and light with medium carbo ation. Finishes with that perfect noble hop bite, slightly bitter and aa weebit resinous pine.
Perfect specimen of Pilsener.

Comes out of the tap a somewhat hazy solar yellow with a decent ivory head. Aroma is not strong, but invites a taste with its malty and subtly fruity tones. Flavor is largely malty with a subtle undertone of pear, crisp and refreshing if not complex. Mouthfeel has OK texture and fizz, seems about average for a pils. Fair to middlin’ and leaning towards middlin’. Pils fans should like it.

On tap at the Owl House in Rochester, NY.
Pours a golden straw yellow, very clear, no haze. There's a small quarter inch head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells typically Pilsner-like, a bit corny, with some sweet malt, and a bit of grassy hops. Not overly distinctive, but it nails what I expect for a pilsner.
This tastes relatively the same, slightly sweet, with a snap of grassy hops providing a quick bite towards a smooth, grainy finish. There's a slight floral aspect to the hops, too. There's some slightly doughy malt flavors, as well.
This is light bodied, with a very crisp, but slightly oily mouthfeel, which is weird. There's a medium amount of carbonation. It's very drinkable.
This wasn't the best American made pilsner I've had, but it still hit the spot even on a cold day.

Im reviewing this based on a VERY VERY VERY hazy morning after Halloween in Indio at "8" in '09...Chugged three of these with a few donuts and then went back to that ridiculous 24 hour kickball game...Its was a pilsner...It slaked my thirst...I was very very very very high...A good time was had by all

10/30/13 Sierra Nevada Murican Pils is what this was called at the Tap takeover at Rattle n Hum, NYC.
My first impression on the nose was oregano...yeah, I know...WTF? Thankfully that soon dissipated & what I got was very slight spiciness & a nice smooth finish. Well balanced hops. All in all a good beer.
