(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a light amber crystal clear body with a good carbonation of bubbles rising to the surface. There is a snow white sticky head that fades to a ring pretty quickly.
S- This beer has a big smell of bubble gum with a slight sweetness. There is a faint slightly sweet pale malt note to it with a hint of caramel malt that comes through when it warms.
T- The first sip was like liquid bubbulicous with a soft bitterness in the finish that stayed on the breath after each sip. There was a white sugar taste with a cloying sweetness in the background.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a soft fizz finish.
D- This beer has big over- the-top hefeweizen bubblegum flavors with some odd supporting flavors. It was to sweet which was surprising for a 7.0% ABV.
