Aroma is mango/citrus and very grainy/earthy malts. The flavor is big mango/fruit, malts and a big citrus/lemonade/slight sugar sweet finish/somewhat oily finish.

Pours hazy, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is sweet mango and lemonade. Light bodied, sweet with high carbonation. Excellent sweet beer where the mango really shines. Sweet and goes down dangerously easy. Nice desset beer.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/24/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge juicy/light tart/tangy mangoes, fruit skin, lemonade, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of mangoes, lemonade, pale/wheat malt, and light earthy hop/yeast notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/light tart/tangy mangoes, fruit skin, lemonade, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruit tang/tartness and light herbal/spicy/zesty bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy mangoes, fruit skin, lemonade, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of mangoes, lemonade, pale/wheat malt, and light earthy hop/yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness bitter/tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic.Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an excellent imperial shady style! All around great robustness and balance of mangoes, lemonade, pale/wheat malt, and light earthy hop/yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink for the ABV. Drinks more like a session beer. Extremely juicy mangoes; with balanced citrus vibrancy, solid pale/wheat malt backbone, and no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and awesome style example as expected. All variations have been consistently impressive. Some of the best for the style.

This version has a real zesty and satisfyingly popping effervescence with a notable sweet mango presence that becomes like candy chews and Sweet Tarts, but it's super refreshing, and the aroma only enhances that with a wonderful green mango character. The mango actually takes over the lemon, which has not always been the case with these variations, making this a unique standout amongst them. It's just too sweet.
