Can into Nucleated Tulip
Look: Slighty hazy straw pale yellow color, pouring a 1 finger head which dissipated into lacing
Smell: Grape soda esque, blackberry, lemon
Taste: Sweet blackberry upfront, fading to tart note with light malt. Finish retains the fruit, fading into a berry scone flavor.
Feel: Light-med body, moderate carbonation, crisp
Overall: Didnt expect it to be so sweet and tart.

16oz can from Tavour. Golden pour, cloudy, thin, fizzy head. Blackberry aroma, fruity. Taste is blackberry jam, almost giving off a PB&J vibe although there are no peanuts in this. Fruity, tasty, very refreshing.

Considering their blueberry shandy is a damn near syrupy purple, I'd assume there would be no excuse for this take to be yellow, outside of the obvious, so this does not start off very promising. That said, if I came in not knowing what flavor profile this beer was aiming for, I'd still think its appearance was quite enticing, which is a hazy straw yellow with a thick white foam head settling to a sparse film and curled collar.

Taste is generically sweet and not the seedy, bushy blackberry bomb I was hoping for based on their stellar blueberry version, although it does finish a little drier in the finish than Turbo typically would.

Overall it tastes kind of like a gummy bear, and nothing like a naturally flavored blackberry shandy should. This is my biggest disappointment since the first iteration of the mango variant, which isn't saying a whole lot considering this was a local collaboration, and it's just a shandy anyway.
