Dark amber, nearing brown, with a white head of moderate height settling to a persistent blanket with a curled cling.
Like orange gummy chews with lime accents, this is nothing like their tequila barrel aged gose, which itself translated more as salted rim margarita. This one is sweeter, boozier and a touch chewier.
That said, there is a substantial level of barrel character that adds a slight caramelization and char.
