Vibrant hot pink with a quick to die pale pink head allowing some remnants of beet pulp or some such to appear translucently on the glass.
The beet actually lends a uniquely round firmness to the body, as a mildly tart constitution sees the beet working well with the lemon-limey characteristics of the base, accented only by faint dill.
This is crazy refreshing while remaining pleasantly earthy, feeling like a health drink you don't have to chew or force down.
