Pulpy dark yellow with minimal head. Really, pulp surfaces as you drink it down.
Have you ever had a "thick" jalapeno beer? Even with that in mind, this is somehow refreshing, as popping, spicy yet unbelievably fresh jalapeño meet sweet, tart, mild pineapple. The pepper is slightly toasty at times too. Great contrasts.
As far as this years Shandy Day survivors go post-DLD, this friggin delicious libation was easily my favorite.
