Bottle: Poured a hazy bright light blonde color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of herbs and rustic malt with peppery yeast notes is very refreshing. Taste is a nice mix between some herbal notes with nice floral hops and solid rustic malt backbone with some peppery yeast notes that are also noticeable. Body is pretty full with great carbonation. Another fantastic saison for a brewery whose product are hard to come by.

look: 4 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.25 | overall: 3.5
cloudy yellow. Small white head, decent retention and lace. Nose wafts herbs and spice notes, some coriander, pepper, cloves. Taste is similar but follows through with a yeasty citrus end. Light bodied and lower carbonation than imagined.
