A-Striking cloudy amber-pink with a thin, light pinkish head.

S-Sharply acidic with hints of spice, funk and raspberries. A touch of biscuit malt in the end.

T-Raspberry straight with the sharp, tart funk and acids in the background. Bourbon notes swirl round with the expected vanilla and drying oak present too.

M-Light body with a nice sharp crispness.

D-Man, this has lots of depth and flavour to burn. What a wonderful combo!

Limited edition enjoyed at Mondiale 2008. This is the raspberry juiced beer aged for 3 months in oak, breaking the province's regulations and so increasing the desireability of it. The aroma is of the oak. The woody taste dominates. Much more enjoyable than a fruit beer.
